I an making great returns on my internet investments and will be even better in the next couple of months and will quit my job soon. Can I register this as a business even though I am not an investment adviser for the public?

Are you talking about registering http://www.investing.com, or http://www.investing.org?? If so, I would be suprised if either or both of these have not already been taken.
I’m not even sure who you would talk to about registering a domain name. You would have to do some digging here.
